Delivery times

• Every item is auto-delivered, instantly: as soon as payment clears, open Order Lookup or Member Center → My Orders to see your card secret / account details, also sent to your email.
• After payment, your credentials are visible only to you — keep them safe and do not share them.

After-sales support

• Track progress anytime with your order number; support is on call all year round.
• If you have any sign-in issue with the account, contact support with your order number.
